Become an Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY) Service Provider through CSC – PMJAY-UMP
CSC ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ (PMJAY) ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନ ପାଇଁ CSC VLE ମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପୂରଣ କରିବା ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ।
✅ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ୧: PMJAY-UMP Portal ରେ Sign Up (ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ୍) କରନ୍ତୁ।
✅ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ୨: ନିଜ ଜିଲ୍ଲା PMJAY ପ୍ରଶାସକ (District Admin / DM Office) ଠାରୁ Admin Code ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରନ୍ତୁ।
✅ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ୩ : PMJAY-UMP Portal ରେ ଥିବା ୩ଟି ବାଧ୍ୟତାମୂଳକ LMS Training & Certification Exam ସଫଳତାର ସହିତ ପାସ୍ କରନ୍ତୁ।
📌 ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ
ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ପୂରଣ କଲାପରେ ମାତ୍ର ଆପଣ CSC ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ (PMJAY) ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିପାରିବେ।
To start providing PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat) services through the CSC Channel, every CSC VLE must complete the following mandatory steps:
✅ Step 1 : Sign Up on the PMJAY-UMP Portal.
✅ Step 2 : Obtain your Admin Code from your District PMJAY Administrator (District Admin / DM Office).
✅ Step 3 : Complete and pass the 3 mandatory LMS Training & Certification Exams available on the PMJAY-UMP Portal.
📌 Important
You will be eligible to provide Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY) services through CSC only after completing all the above requirements.
